Corky's was a pretty good bbq stop during our stay in Pigeon Forge. The prices were a tad high, given the portion sizes, but the food was good none the less. I had the bbq brisket sandwich, which they top with coleslaw. I was going to order the potato salad as my side, but our server warned me that it wasn't very good. He even brought me a taste and thank goodness he warned me, it was not delicious at all (tasted like nothing but sour cream). I had a side of baked beans instead and was much happier.I don't usually leave a bbq place hungry, but the portions were quite small. If they'd be a little more generous with the serving sides, I'd give them five stars instead of four.
